The application is designed with a small device in mind and offers a fast, easy to use, interface for the user that also supports barcode scanning.

The application allows you to create interim and final invoices outside of Tencia

 

To assist in Invoice creation, the screen is grouped by Cost Centre and within each cost centre, it shows the user;

 

1.All lines on the estimate (with estimated cost and charge values)

2. All actual costs

3. All estimate lines prefilled into the invoice section ready for editing

 

The application allows the user to invoice multiple jobs on one invoice or split the invoice lines between many invoices.

 

The user can preview the invoice before proceeding, and an approval process will allow the invoice to be reviewed and approved before upload.
