Our History

Solutions Connect is partly owned by the principals of an accounting firm which has been operating in Brisbane since 1954. Solutions Connect was born out of the accounting firmsí need to be able to assist clients with the selection, implementation, and use of accounting software.

In 1993, our business was established to meet the needs of clients requiring assistance with business financial systems. Since then, Solutions Connect has offered a professional range of services to provide clients with a solution to their financial management requirements.

From these humble beginnings we have grown into an independent organisation that supports a large number of clients from many industries. We are one of the largest Arrow Business partners in Queensland (and indeed Australia). On numerous occasions we have been awarded the Arrow Business Partner of the Year award.

Our consulting staff have information technology and accounting backgrounds and this gives us a deep understanding of your financial systems, processes, and needs. Our breadth of knowledge across a range of disciplines enables us to provide you with a total business solution.

Our Team

The Solutions Connect team currently consists of 5 staff. The team is sourced from a variety of disciplines, which provides a great diversity of skills for us to apply to your needs.

Our staff have years of experience in the fields of Commercial Accounting and Management, Software Development, Software Support, and Classroom Training.

Our level of staffing gives us the opportunity to operate a support desk that is generally manned with at least 2 staff to ensure any issues can be addressed in a timely manner.

We are also available for on-site visits to assist with any issues or training.
